Payment Information Deposit: To hold your reservation, we require a deposit of $10 for each night booked with a minimum deposit of $50. The deposit will be deducted from the balance due. The remaining balance is due 35 days prior to your arrival date.
Payment Methods: We accept credit cards or you can use your PayPal account. To use either of these payment methods, click on the "Pay Now" button below. This will take you to our PayPal account which is "DisneyNeighbor". You can pay for Windsor Hills, Windsor Palms or Terra Verde through this link. You do not need a PayPal account and you do not need to sign up for a PayPal account.
Click on the "Pay Now" button below. On the first PayPal screen:
in the "item" box, include your dates and the resort you want
in the "unit price" box enter the amount of your payment.
If you wish to pay with a credit card, at the bottom left of the PayPal page, you will see "don't have a PayPal account"...Click continue. This will take you to the page where you can securely enter your credit card information. When we receive your payment, we will e-mail you a payment receipt, a confirmation, and complete check-in information.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel, you must send us an e-mail with the word "cancel" and your confirmation number clearly displayed.
If you cancel your reservation with us prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a refund of money previously paid, reduced by the following charges:
