Each vacation rental has either a screened in lanai or
screened deck - a perfect place to sit and enjoy your
morning cup of java or tea or your favorite drink in the
evening. The condos have screened lanais, town homes
at Windsor Hills and Windsor Palms have a screened
deck area around a small swimming pool, and the town
homes at Terra Verde have a deck with a spa.
The comfortable dining room accommodates 6 to 8
guests. The kitchen has a coffee maker, toaster,
blender, microwave, stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher.
It is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, pans and bake
ware you might need to prepare a light snack or a
gourmet meal. Also, you can pack light because there is
a full-size washer and dryer located in each of our
Orlando vacation rentals.
The vacation rental condos and town houses are
beautifully decorated and furnished. The living rooms
have a sleeper sofa and love seat. It is an ideal room for
relaxing after a long day at the parks or for watching TV
or a movie, listening to your favorite music or playing
your favorite play station game! There is a TV, music
center and dvd/vcr for your use.
There is a queen or king size bed in the master bedroom
of the 2 bedroom condo. The second bedroom typically
has 2 twin beds. The 3 bedroom condos and town
houses have a queen or king size bed in the master
bedroom. The second bedroom of these condos and
town house typically have a queen bed and the third
bedroom has two twin beds. There is no waiting in line
for the bathroom as all the condos have 2 bathrooms
and the town houses have 3 bathrooms!
